Purpose:
eBay Garage is an additional service provided by eBay Auto for eBay Germany. The brief was to provide a booking service where customers can search, message and book for their auto repairs at listed mechanics.
Tasks and outcomes:
Working in the eBay office based in Richmond allowed room for direct communication and immediate feedback with the head of digital. The tasks involved a examination of eBay current purchase process and their new branding. This dictated the booking journey within the eBay platform and determined the art direction to fit the purpose.
